Medtronic Pays Royalties to Dr Holly.  This patient was not given disclosure of the relationship Dr. Holly has with Medtronic and did not sign consent forms for such a relationship.  This patient was operated on without any informed consent, and did not know she was being operated on whatsoever after UCLA and Dr Holly continued to drug and sedate the patient to the point where the patient was non-responsive.
